Description

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed buttery crackers (Ritz or saltines)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheese, green onions, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and milk until well combined
Spread mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish
In a separate bowl, combine crushed crackers and melted butter
Sprinkle cracker mixture evenly over the chicken layer
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly
