Ingredients
12-inch pizza crust (homemade or store-bought)
1/2 cup halal-friendly BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought, no alcohol)
125g cooked chicken breast, sliced or diced
1 large ripe peach, sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion, raw or lightly sautéed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon olive oil (optional, for roasting crust)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
If using homemade crust, shape and place on a pizza stone or baking sheet
Lightly brush crust with olive oil and bake 3-5 minutes for pre-cooking
Spread BBQ sauce evenly over crust
Layer mozzarella cheese, cooked chicken, and peach slices
