Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
Gently press the seasoning mixture onto both sides of each chicken breast
Place seasoned chicken in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker
Pour chicken broth over the chicken
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours
